Pure Country Dancers annual meeting will be held on Sunday, January 8, 2017, at 1 pm, Tatamy Fire House.

You must be a member in good standing (dues paid) in order to vote on club matters.  Lunch will be served prior to the start of the meeting. Desserts are welcomed.  If you plan to attend the meeting, please sign up on the sheet on the admissions desk so that we may properly plan for your attendance.

Voting for officers, trustees and the sergeant-at-arms will take place at this meeting.  There is a sheet on the admissions desk if you wish to sign up to be considered for an office. Please consider serving your fellow members through club involvement.

The dance calendar for the year will be set at this meeting.  This is your opportunity to make the dance experience your own.  Come and join the discussion so that we can make the organization what you want it to be.

All charitable donation requests must be submitted in writing to an officer prior to the start of the annual meeting.
